You’ll only get a simple photo booth system (sometimes without vital equipment or with sub-par equipment) shipped to you and that’s the end of that. You’re on your own.

You can place an order for one of our Photo Booth Systems by clicking ‘Photo Booth Systems’ on the top navigation menu. You can click the ‘Add to Cart’ button on any of the Packages. Once you have added to the cart, you can then click ‘Checkout’ on the top.

If you wish to learn more about our Complete Business Packages before ordering, click on ‘Book a Consultation Call’ on the top navigation menu and complete the required fields.

Order processing time usually takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery in about 2-3 weeks depending on your location in USA or Canada.

Website development can vary, however we work hard to make sure your website is up-and-ready by the time your photo booth system is delivered.

The packages will be insured and will require signature upon delivery.

We currently accept payment online securely with credit cards or PayPal, and also wire transfers through your bank.

To pay by credit card, press ‘Add to Cart’ on any of our systems. Complete all of the required Billing and Shipping information, then choose the Pay with PayPal option on the bottom. You can pay by credit card on their website by clicking ‘Don’t Have an Account’.

If you wish to pay with your PayPal account, log into your PayPal account instead on the same page.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer or check, please contact us at info@incomebooth.com and we will promptly provide you with further instructions on how to complete your order.

Yes, unlike most other photo booth suppliers, we provide three backdrops with each of our open-concept packages. There is a black, white, and green backdrop provided.

You can also purchase additional backdrops as well if you’d like to be creative and offer more selection to your clients.

Yes, of course. Email us at info@incomebooth.com to get more information on volume discounts.
The camera that comes with the booth is a Canon Digital SLR Camera. We ensure all equipment is professional-grade and perfect for photo booth use while providing excellent quality photo prints within seconds.
Though not required at all, since our photo booth is intended for rental service for events, a photo-booth attendant is recommended to ensure your users are enjoying an excellent experience. (Again, it is not required)
All of the electronic equipment is covered by manufacturer’s warranty for up to one year.

The structure of the photo booth is under warranty for one year. This does not include any accidental damage incurred or normal wear and tear.

While we do give you the opportunity to start a photo booth business in your local area in a short period of time, we do not take any franchise fees or any other fees after the purchase of one of our packages.

The printer can print all of the traditional photo sizes such as 4×6, 2×6, 5×7, and 6×9. Dry, lab-quality photos print out in less than approximately 10 seconds.
Our open-concept booths really have no limits to how many people can jump in for a photo!
Yes, both features are included with our packages. We even provide you with a green screen backdrop as well!
Don’t worry, we include an AC adapter for the camera so that there is no chance of the camera dying during the event.
Yes, we even provide you with ink and paper as well which is not included with most other photo booth suppliers. We truly strive to provide the most value out of any photo booth package available.
All transactions are final sale and there is no return policy on our packages.

If anything arrives defective or incorrect, report it within 7 days of receiving and we will replace it for free as soon as possible after receiving it back.
